Issues turning form into a quiz

Hello, 

I am attempting to turn a form into a quiz for one of my clients. I have recorded a Loom showing the issue that is occurring. Any guidance you can provide would be most appreciated!

Thanks for providing a detailed screencast.

I've checked and tested the JotForm quiz app using different devices/browsers and was not able to replicate that issue.

Did you try to clear your browser cache? Could you please temporarily disable your browser extensions and check again? If the issue still persists, please try to access using another browser or device and check.

Thanks for your quick response! Unfortunately, no luck. I cleared my cache, disabled all browser extensions, and switched browsers from chrome to safari. 

Any other ideas?

Hello Jen - The issue happens with Chrome having browser extensions installed. I was able to replicate the issue on my end. Could you please try using Safari instead?

This works on my end when I uninstalled the extensions and cleared the browser's cache.
