I would like to write a long email, explaining the purpose and the instructions for filling my form.
Every time I use the email option, there is a small three line email which appears as a pre written mail. I want to change this. How do I do this?

Hi Kaushalmisra,
Thank you for contacting Support.
You can use paragraph form elements as shown in this screenshot below.
Do review and let us know if this is what you were referring to.

Thanks for response.
My question is slightly different.
I have created a form. Then I go to PUBLISH > EMAIL > SHARE ON EMAIL > body of the email

For doing this, I have created a word document, and I cut and paste the matter from there, but this is time consuming and cumbersome. How can I get a prewritten mail of my choice, and save it as default?

Thanks for clarifying.
Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to save the email content for your next SHARE ON EMAIL invite.
However, I agree with you that it's indeed time-consuming to re-do the email content for each email invite to be sent so I'm escalating this to our developers as a Feature Request. Though we can't give you a timeline for implementation, rest assured we will inform you here for any updates.
