You can customize or create a Thank You page by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page

If you're referring to the Card Form Layout, please check the bottom page of the Form Builder. You can customize the Thank You page on the bottom section.

    Hi,

It seems that you are using the Card format. The option to edit the "Thank You" page should appear at the bottom of your form builder.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

For 1st question if the answer is no, I want to directly display the thank you page, but it is giving the error like red buttons as in below screenshot.

You can add a condition based on the user's answer. Please try the condition and let us know if that will work for you.

    I hope that works.

    Hi Vincent,

I have tried the conditional logic method as given above but the calculation forms could not be hidden, so I have removed them now.

    My task is very simple:

For question No-1:  Do you want to build your Personal Brand and become an Influencer Online in your Niche/Domain/Market?*

If the answer is yes, the form will move on to the 2nd question on the list "Why do you want to do this insights influencer class?" and continue onwards...

If the answer is no, the form needs to show the Thank you message.

The first part is working correctly now, if Yes is selected, it goes on to the 2nd question, but if No is selected it does not show the Thank you message, but goes on to 2nd question.

If you have understood the requirement, could you please go ahead and set this up for me?

    Many thanks,

    Jyotishman

    Hello again,

Please check this cloned form demo: https://form.jotform.com/202176882826968

Is that what you're trying to achieve? If yes, you need to use the Show or Hide condition. If the user selected the "No" option, all fields will be hidden except for the last page.

We can also apply it to your form if you give us permission. We'll wait for your reply. Thank you!

    Hi,

Yes that is right except for the fact if on clicking No if u can directly show the thank you page?

Please go ahead and implement it.

Unfortunately, there's no way to submit the form using conditional logic. The user needs to click the submit button before they can see your thank you page.

You can also display the thank you page using the paragraph field, however, the submission is not submitted if the user chooses NO.

You can do create that on your end. I created a quick video to walk you through on how it's done. Please see this link: http://tiny.cc/jdkmsz

All you need is to add a PARAGRAPH field and customize its contents.

Then create a condition that will hide all the fields other than the Paragraph field you added if the user chooses no form the first question.

I have implemented it in a cloned form. Here's a link that you can try: https://form.jotform.com/202181462101944

You can also clone it so you can inspect the condition I created. Here's a guide on How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
