We apologize for inconvenience. I reviewed your account/username nouvellesthetics  and I noted that it was auto suspended by the Phishing detector due to your form that violates the Terms of Use.

You have form in the account that capture credit card account data using plain text field.

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate in your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above.

I see, I was wondering what happened. I was not notified, until now.

Thank you for letting me know. Yes please delete the offending fields! My intentions were only to collect my customer's payment details and then charge them at a later date. I'll look into the "Payment Authorization" feature as well.

    Thanks again!

I have now deleted the fields and reactivated the account.

You can check the updated status when you log in using the username at https://www.jotform.com/login

I also recommend removing the Original PDF used as it still contains credit card account fields. The Phishing detector will still suspend the form if it detects again the offending fields in the PDF document.
