unable to receive password-reset email

    Hello Trevor - As checked, there were two password-reset emails sent to your account email today.

    I tried resending it. Could you please check it now? Please try checking the SPAM folder as well. Or if you're using an email client software such as Outlook or the likes, please try logging on to a webmail version of the email (browser-based).
