Can jotform support a digital download ebook in its online store?

It is possible by creating some sort of an order form and integrate it with one of our payment gateways (e.g. PayPal, Square, etc.). You can have your Ebook file hosted in cloud storage(e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) and then provide the shared file link that can be used to download the file.

Now, to give the download URL to the users, just paste them into your autoresponder notification or to your thankyou page. Note that when forms have payment integration, notifications will only be sent once the user has successfully completed the payment on the payment gateway like Paypal. This means that those who pay, will get the URL of the files via email or thank you page.
