Hi team
I have used a URL shortner and added the form link to SMS.
Most clients have not had an issue opening the link, but for some reason there are some clients for whom the link is just a line of text and not something they can open or click on.
Is this an issue with the form, link, or perhaps the phone provider?

This may be with the device OS or the messaging app that the users may be using. Some apps may not be recognizing the URL without the protocol. Please try changing the URL to the following by adding https:// and see if that helps.
