How can I add a submit button and make form accessible by me?

    Hi,

I have a form titled "Notice of Privacy Practices" that was created by the company that takes care of my HIPAA compliance. However, when I have sent it to clients they tell me there is no button to submit. And it also tells me I do not have access to submissions. I am assuming these problems are related to the fact that they were created by a source outside of my login. How can I correct this without having to recreate the form?

    Thanks,

    Angela

You may add the submit button from the Form Elements in the form edit mode.

We have added the Submit button to your form now.

And it also tells me I do not have access to submissions.

Since the account is enabled with HIPAA compliance, it is required to login to your JotForm account in order to view the submission data. Please make sure that you are logged into your JotForm account and let us know if you still experience any issue. You may open a new ticket with more information and/or screenshot so that one of our support team members can assist you with.

    Thanks!
