The Hidden Cards are always shown

I have multiple forms that use the 'Single Question Per Page' feature. I show certain questions based on how earlier questions are answered and this has been running great for over a year now.

However, today there are fields in multiple forms that Show even though they are sent to Hide and playing around with the conditions does not seem to have any affect.

Below is an example of one of the forms and question 6 "Server Language" shows even though it is not supposed to.

The Server Language is dependent on the field Emulation Type.

I see the Emulation Type has a default value due to which the Server language is always shown on the form:

Please empty the selection on the field.
