Automated response to survey form

    Is there a way to add a personalized certificate to the automated email response that is sent the the person who fills out a survey that we send them upon completion of the survey?

    You are able to upload a PDF document and add some information from the form to it. 

    Then you can send the PDF to the user using the Autoresponder. You can use the following links for more information:
