Sub-user - I cannot find the forms

    I created about 6 feedback forms within the last few weeks and now only 1 form is showing up. They are not in my trash or archive folder. I can click on them by accessing my history, but it will only allow me to view them, not edit (link posted below of a form I can only view). Please help me restore them!

    The form you provided belongs to the account username (PMTaylor) - Do you recognize it? 

    I checked your account and I can see that you're a sub-user account of (PMTaylor). Please open the Shared folder and see if the issue still persists.

    Thank you! I can see the forms I couldn’t before.
    This form is the only one that I can’t see in the shared folder- https://www.jotform.com/form/202174757439159. Can only view it, can’t edit it.

    You need to contact the form owner and ask to give you access to edit the form.
