My product form got messed up. How can I revert it?

    Hi all! After putting a css a while ago from a suggestion, it messed up my form.
    I have tried to revert it to the last time it was fine. But unfortunately it wont revert back to its original format.

    can anyone help? Hope i can revert back to the last action done on Aug 5, wednesday. Thanks!

    it messed up my product list so bad. I hope someone can assist me on this. Its a bit frustrating thanks!

    I have tried reverting the form to the version to the last edit on Aug 5. However, it doesn't seem to be displaying correctly. The columns for the payment field is only supported in Upcoming theme. Could you try switching the theme to Upcoming theme from the form designer to see if that works?

    hello Kiran! It's all good. I have made a new one instead. I think its easier to start a new one rather than trying to fixing the old one.

    I have one question tho,

    I am trying to put a background picture in my form but I cant seem to find the right size. By any chance, is there a way to automatically scale the image? Or do you have the right dimension so i can resize my photo? Thanks!

    Edit: I just checked now, the background image works perfectly for my 2nd and 3rd page. But it doesnt quite fit on my 1st page. Can I do something about that? I really want this photo.
