I have re-cloned a form as recommended the other day because of issues with people making payments, I reconnected the PayPal account and made a payment myself and it went through no problem. Anyone other than myself gets the same message as before. The image of the response is attached. This is for paypal or card purchases. I find it strange that I can use the form and make purchases, but nobody else can.

This is an update. I had someone else make an order on my computer and it worked, so the person was not able to place the order on their computer, but they could place it when using mine.
