Hi there,
My Jotforms are not loading for Mac desktop users - In Chrome, an error message appears (see attached message) and Safari (which prompts users to continue to an unsafe web link).
It appears there's some sort of conflict with the jotform SSL. Can somebody please assist?
Thank you!

Hello - Apologies for the inconvenience.
I checked your form using Mac using Chrome and Safari browser, but can't seem the replicate the issue. The form loads fine on my end.
In MAC > Chrome:
In MAC > Safari:
Could you please try using a different internet connection or use incognito to check if it makes any difference? You can also try updating both browsers to the latest version.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback! We followed the steps above and still see the error message below on some Mac machines. Others seem to work properly.
Can you please continue to investigate? It appears there's a conflict with the SSL issuer and we cannot bypass that.
Thank you for your help.
