This is the third time you disable my account. And it's been now 2weeks.
Not happy at all. At all.

Upon your concern I investigated and I only found that you have a guest account affiliated with the email Mrdjibryl@gmail.com.
If that's the account you are talking about, you are not able to access because probably you reset the settings of your browser or cleared the caches and cookies of it, and not because it has been disabled. I would suggest you to create a new free account, with that you will be able to access to your account, edit your forms, review the submissions and more whenever you want or wherever you are.
I have found that you have the form http://www.jotform.co/form/32084400022840 in that guest account, once you create that free account you can share with us youer user name and we will moved the form to your new account, in that way you will avoid the risk to loose access to your account and forms.
But if that's not the account you are talking about please let us know the Username to further investigate.
