Integration with AC not working

    I'm so confused. I have an integration with AC to push all my data to my contact and it's not doing it? I don't understand.

    I just changed it back to my AC form instead of Jotform. it's not working and really creating a mess for me

    Can you please tell us the URL of the form embedded on the webpage you mentioned so we can check the AC integration you're referring to?

    I have AC looking at it too but contact not being updated with the survey questions.

    I checked the AC integration to the form you mentioned and the only mapped field in the AC integration is the email field (see screenshot below).

    Please note that you need to map the fields you want to send to your AC, please try to add more fields and see if those added fields will be sent to your AC.

    I’ve mapped and saved all the fields at least 3 times
    So something’s a mess or off

    Hi there,

    we apologize for the inconvenience. I have cloned your form and successfully mapped multiple fields within the integration to our AC account.

    Please remove the integration completely, and reconnect it again, mapping all the fields. After that, please click the "Test Integration" button at the bottom. Please let us know if you are getting an error message there, or if the mapped fields still keep disappearing after.
