    I believe you are unable to upgrade your account. Is that correct?

    If yes, please let us know what issue you are facing. Also, which plan are you trying to upgrade to?

    yes i tried to choose the bronze plan, but upon payment it pop error message.

    Unfortunately it doesn’t allow me. Not sure though why exactly it won’t proceed.
