    How do I change the colour of the heading and subheading, without altering the background colour of the rest of the form?

    Try injecting this css code into your form:
    .form-header-group {
        backgroundnone repeat scroll 0 0 #efefef;
        border-bottom1px solid #CCCCCC;
    Replace #efefef with your preferred color. You may use either an HTML Color Code or HTML Color Name
    You may also replace 1px (for the border-bottom) with 0px if you want to remove the line that separates the heading and subheading.
