Hi there - I would like to create a form but need it to handle two "advanced" functions and I wanted to see if JotForm could handle this.
1) is there anyway to add a monetary value to each answer and have the answers totaled at the end of the survey? this would provide a score for the survey taker.
2) I believe I saw this function but would like to confirm. Can the survey taker enter someone's email address to send the results to?
Many thanks in advance. Eddie

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding calculation values in single choice, multiple choice and dropdown questions. You can then add these questions in form calculation widget to calculate the total. The following guide should help you:
Assign calculation values: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Perform calculation: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding "Form Auto-responder" email alert in form which will email to the email address user input in form. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Hope this helps.
