Link between jotform inbox and target email seems to be broken?

    Contact form on website www.knottsbakery.co.uk   is sending submissions to jotform account Ok but does not seem to be forwarding message

    Hello,

     

    Can you verify that the recipient email address field is set to the correct email address in Email Alerts >Notifications settings?

    Yes recipient email is correct. I have set sender email to noreply@jotfom.com and i seem to be receiving submissions now from contact form on website in the form of a notification 2 - which i guess is ok

    Hello knottsbakery,

    Are you receiving emails now using noreply@jotform.com?

    If you want your email to be used, you just need to verify the email address and that will be the email to be used on sending email notifications.
