How can I have an online tracker for our team that would automatically compile up for me at the end of the week?

    Good morning! I wanted to run something by you quickly to see if this might be the right fit for what I'm looking for.  Right now, I run a mastermind team of 50 people.  I have created a form on google sheets, where I have an "online tracker" that I put together, that tells the people in the mastermind what they need to accomplish each day.  They go in, find their name line, and check the boxes of things they do.

    What I've found, is it doesn't work well with iPhones, but it also confuses people and they sometimes check of other people's boxes.  And sometimes when there are multiple people checking off their boxes at the same time, it doesn't update correctly.

    I began to wonder if there was a way to either do this with your system, OR, have a single form for each of them that would automatically compile up for me at the end of the week, so I can see exactly who did the activities and who didn't.

    What do you think? Something you think would work with a Jotform?

    You may create a form with the same fields from the Google Sheets so that the users can submit the form using the form URL. Once the form is submitted, you can receive an email notification to your email address by setting up a notification. You may also install JotForm mobile apps for iPhone or Android so that you can create/manage your forms from your mobile device and receive the submission notifications as well.

    You may integrate the form with Google Sheets so that the submissions shall be sent directly to the integrated Sheet for your later reference.

    Thank you Kiran! Quick question about the reports.  How could I make it work so that at the end of the week, I can see what everyone did for their activity that week?  Is there a way to add their names into one of the forms, sort of as a drop down menu so it can all go to the same report for that individual?

    Just to be clear.  I want my team to be able to select their name and update their daily activities (They are simply check boxes whether they did something or not).  Then at the end of the week, I want to compile everyone's lists to see if they have done what they needed to do for the entire week.

    I was wondering if they filled out a form each day, if that form could update the google sheet daily on THEIR OWN RESULTS LINE, so that it can keep it all organized?

    Please note that you can go to your form's submission sheets page where you can sort the submissions based on your team member name and date as well. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please note that when you integrate form with google spreadsheet, data will be sent to your integrated google spreadsheet every time your form is submitted. I am not sure what to you mean by "THEIR OWN RESULTS LINE". Please explain your question in detail, and we will take a look.

    In terms of my question, I think I have that part figured out by the screenshot you shared. Thank you for doing that!
