PDF Form Converter: Browser Autocomplete Doesn't Work on Form Created From PDF

    Also, I have enabled the auto complete for this particular form. But it doesn't populate the fields. But the other form which I created is auto completing the fields.

    Hi there,

    can you please confirm if the form in question is this one? https://www.jotform.com/form/201534269695059

    The browser autocomplete function is intended to save the information once already entered and submitted. Have you previously submitted this form?

    Also, this data is lost when the browser's cache is cleared. Have you perhaps done this recently, or are you using a different browser or a new device?

    Yes that’s the form I meant. Yes I have tried completing the form before. I didn’t clear any cache. Also, my other form- Emergency contacts form populates once I start typing. The emergency contact form auto filled the fields my name, etc since I have used my name and address often on the browser. Do you think it’s because I imported the pdf for the enrollment form but created from scratch the emergency contact form?

    Hi,

    thank you for providing more information. I've cloned your form and tested it. I was able to replicate the issue and upon further checking, I've also noticed that the calendar fields don't produce a pop-up either. I believe these two issues may be related.

    I'm forwarding this to our backend team for further investigation. We will notify you via this thread as soon as we hear from them.

    Great, thank you! But when I filled out the form, the calendar did pop up in the enrollment form and it was working fine. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks again for your prompt service. I really appreciate it.
