My form is incomplete when submitted

    Hi,

    thank you for reaching out to us. In order to assist you with this, can you please tell us a bit more about the issue?

    I have checked your form and can see two submissions. On both of those submissions, all required fields are filled. The Autofill function is not enabled on the form so there can't be any pending incomplete submissions.

    Where are you checking the submissions when they appear incomplete? What fields are missing?

    Is there any way you can see my last help thread? It took forever for me to communicate the problem and he finally fixed it... is there a way to look at what he did and just help me do that?
