Hi Roger,
Thank you for contacting Support.
I have checked the form and it seems the account silver_star_motors has filed a dispute in Stripe.
This action triggered the suspension of your account, to avoid further fraudulent charges. In order to reactivate your account, you must contact your bank to withdraw the dispute.
Hope this information helps.

The disputed charge on stripe means that the card you have used has a disputed charge with the card company. One possible cause is that the card owner claimed that the charging you have made was unauthorized. If you are the owner of the card, I suggest contacting your card company to question the dispute.
Please keep us posted once you receive information from the card company so we can reactivate your account.
Thank you.

RogerReplied on August 6, 2020 at 9:28 PMWe are not the owner of the card. So how can we rectify this. How much was contested? We just want to get access to the form back as it is an integral part to our website.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
The recommendation is to contact the card owner, so he can resolve the issue with the bank or the card company in order to reactivate the account.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

I don't think if that will be possible. Unfortunately, the account can not be reactivated until the dispute is over.
You can ask the form owner to send us a request to transfer the form to your account. However, I'm not sure if transferring a form will work in a suspended account. But we will give it a try.
Thanks.
