HIPAA account locked

    My name is Stephanie and I've been having some problems with logging into jotform for the last hour or so. When I first got into the office it let me in with no issues, but then timed out so I went to relog-in and have had nothing but issues since. It would act like I was signed in, but when I would like on my forms it would act like I wasn't logged in. Then it told me I had tried too many times and failed, so the account got locked. I have since changed passwords but it still won't let me in. I'm not sure what to do now.

    Greetings Stephanie,

    Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts. 

    I activated your account, you should be able to login now.
