Can I change the currency on a specific template?

Hi, I would like to use the restaurant order form template for my restaurant in Lima. Is there a way to change the currency from USD to PEN on this template? (link below). Also, on the same template, can I omit the payment integration?

Hi, the currency can be changed at the payment settings:

Also, if you don't want to use that payment field, you can just delete it(click on the trash icon), and add a Purchase Order field: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order
