I don't need the captcha on this and would like it turned off. How can I do that?

May we know if all your users are affected? If not, please try using another network or resetting your router/modem to get a new IP.
Your current IP address might be having high traffic that causes the captcha to appear. The captcha cannot be disabled as this serves as a level of verification/security to prevent spams from automatically submitting a form.
I also tried whitelisting your IP Address we have on file. Please try submitting the form again and see if it resolves it.

Not 100% sure but a couple of us have tested it out and we've all received the captcha after pushing submit. If there's no way around it, can I put the captcha on the form at least to avoid it appearing on a new page?

Hello!
You can provide us with a list of the IP addresses your company use, so we can whitelist them to prevent the captcha from appearing on your form.
Adding a captcha field to the form to assure regularity is also an alternative.
Let us know should you need further assistance.

It is currently 66.192.64.61 and will be changing to 66.162.232.75 in the coming weeks. The guest network uses 66.162.232.67.

I tried adding the said IP Addresses into the whitelist. Please try clearing your browser's caches, make a test submission, and see if it makes any difference.
