How do I allow this to upload documents?

Hello there

This is my first time using this program and I would like my clients to be able to upload pictures of 2 documents but I am getting an error.  I have attached a picture of the error and hoping you have a solution

As I can see on the screenshot you sent, you were trying to use the Uploadcare widget. For it to work, you should have a Uploadcare account and generate a public key that you need to add to the widget.

However, when I check the form, you're already using the basic File Upload field which will work without any subscriptions:
