Forms Disabled due to over-limit

    Hello, I have lost absolutely all forms!

    I have them actively used.

    this is very bad.

    How do I restore them?

    The submission allocation for Free subscription resets every 1st date of the Month. Unfortunatelly, you had exceeded already beyond the allowed limit, this the reason your forms were disabled.

    You should not allow the form to get disabled due to overlimits, as this become permanent when the disabling happen. The system usually provide alert information when approaching the overlimit.

    The right thing to do is to immediately make the adjustment (deleting submissions or stopping form submissions), when the message warning alerted you that you are approaching the overlimit. OR if you feel that your submissions tends to exceed than the monthly limit, then you should try the Monthly paid plans. This will avoid service interuption on your end.
