Conditional show and hide logic not working.

    I'm trying to hide questions based on conditional logic, but one question keeps showing up.  What am I missing?

    Upon checking, your condition #4 and #5 is conflicting with your #6 condition. Please change the logic of your #6 condition to "Show" instead of "Hide".

    You can reverse the condition like:

    Are you willing to open up your home and host Worship At Home?

    is Equal to Yes

    Show the opposite, instead hide
