    I have sent several links out myself and even tested a completed application myself but i'm not receiving the submissions.

    Hi Lissette,

    Happy to help you today.

    I've cloned your form and was able to successfully send test submissions on it. However, when I check your account details I don't see any records of submissions through your form. Please try submitting your form and you should receive the submission in your account as well.

    Please also allow us to send some test submissions on your form for further testing.

    I’m not sure if I understood your email completely. I did test my form as well, but the account is showing zero submissions.
