Questions about Appointment Field

I have a form that we use to schedule classes.  I am looking for guidance in how to change time of appointments.

Ex - week 1 I have 5:00-10:00 - Monday, Wed, Friday and 9:00-2:00 Tuesday & Thursday.  The following week I want to hold class Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-2 and Tuesday, Thursday 5-10.

I know you can block off days for time not available.  My question is there a way to block part of a specific day?

If not my second question would be if I finish booking week 1, can I start the calendar at the start of week 2 and change the time at that point or will that affect prior appointments.

You need to change the time duration for week 2 by changing the settings in the Appointment slots.

The previous submissions won't be affected unless you do not delete the Appointment field. You can change the intervals and add new days in that week in the settings:

Do you want to block a part of the time slot that you have defined in your form?

For example, with the time duration from 16:30 to 21:30, you want to block the booking when the time is 17:00-17:30?

Unfortunately, this option is not available to block a part of the time slot.
