    Dear Jotform team,

Greetings. We are creating a form for online bookings and has linked google spreadsheet to the form. After testing I have a few questions here:

    1. If user used {edit_submission} link to modify the data, how to tell which data has been modified?

    2. AFAIK after modifying the form the data will be automatically updated on Google spreadsheet without any highlights. Any method to highlight the changes?

    3. How to make a booking cancellation?

Thank you so much for your help.

    Best regards,

    Kate

1 & 2. Please note that we only save the latest value of the submitted data. However, you may manually compare the values within the notification emails that you receive upon initial submission and on the submission edit notifications.

    3. As per checking, your form is only using a regular date field, as such if a user wants to cancel, they have to contact you manually, and afterwards, you can just delete the submission.
