    Hello team

I have converted my forms into App but there's one form that I want to perfil with user ID and email and keep it uneditable

Or else I can also send an invitation link to that email but then Signup/login with jotform comes which I don't want

Basically I want people to fill the form again and again but not have to write their email and user ID

I could have achieved this using prefilled fields but I have created an app where my other forms are also lying

Or is there any other way to manage login password for these users and I don't ask them again and again in the form? Or something like cache

    Please help

    Hi there,

    Happy to help you today.

If you have the same user filling out the form then you can add redirect URL instead of showing a thank you page. Redirect URL option you can add the same form prepopulated URL with username and email address fields. Please check out the guides below and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hello team,
The user is not filling the other form at the very moment. He/she will fill
    it later.
Do we have a system of cache where data of few fields get autopopulate
    (which is same always)
Or I can prepopulate with url parameters in the form which is inside the
    App I created using Jotform
    ...

Hi - Perhaps the Spreadsheet to Form widget could work for you. The spreadsheet will basically act as your database. And you'll only need your users to fill one column/question like patient# and the widget will auto-populate the rest of the fields.

    Guide: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

Alternatively, you can also use Prepopulate App wherein you can generate a prepopulated form.

    Hope this suits your requirements.
