    There is a possible way to do that. First step would be to create an html page then embed the form in that html page e.g.

    <html>

    <head></head>

    <body>

    <!-- Insert Embed Code Here -->

    </body>

    </html>

    then add the meta for your favicon

    <link rel="icon" target="_blank" href="http://www.example.com/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">

    replace the bold letter with the favicon url and the html page result should be similar below

    <html>

    <head>

    <link rel="icon" target="_blank" href="http://www.example.com/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">

    </head>

    <body>

    <!-- Insert Embed Code Here -->

    </body>

    </html>

    You will need to upload it in your web hosting server also, the highlighted blue text should be an embed code. Please refer to this guide how to get your form embed code.

    Oh no, the site i host already has my logo as a favicon. I was wondering if i am able to change the favicons of my jotform forms.

    Here is a link to one of my forms. Notice that the favicon is a pencil.

    Using direct link you would not be able to change the favicon but by creating an html page with the embed code, you would.

    Are you sure?

    Is there not a script we could add in the free html box that could do it?

    I mean does the <link> expression have to be in the head section?

    I'm trying to work a solution for this ... I too have my own favicon on my own domain so I don't want to go the embed option ..... but would like an option to add a favicon to the form and just use a custom domain.

    Thnaks Mark

    Jonathan ...

    Why?

    I want to do exactly what the thread's purpose is. It will just duplicate a thread.

    I am responding to jefreylandicho

    I want to change the form favicon .... without using source as suggested ... just like denzilla96 who wants the same thing.

    I'm one step ahead in that I am using a custom domain ... so it makes it even more appealing to get a different favicon ...

    Thought the might be some javacsript that could be pasted

    Hi Mark,

    I found that you had already created your own thread for this. This one http://www.jotform.com/answers/241824-Feature-Request-Favicon-Function#5 and it already had a feature request ticket.

    Please understand that this is SOP for the support to maintain the organization of the thread/topics in the forum. Part of that is making sure each user is given dedication of response and attention.

    When you create your own thread, there are other backend information about the user account,forms, browser used,,etc that the support member will rely on to be able to assist the topic creator or the user.

    If you hijack a thread/topic, that unseen other info about you will not be seen by the support. So, it will take more time and resource just to check on that before we can even get back to you. And, let us be polite also to the OP.

    I am sure if you create a separate thread which you can do using the link I gave (and just copy/paste the message you had), we will attend to that topic at once.

    I am also not able to see the advantage of targetting your inquiry to a specific support member.

    I hope you understand why I had to request from you to do that.

    Thanks.

    This feature would be great to have on Jotfom, as I'm looking to fully brand my forms. Including the favicon.

    @jameshogan

    James ... it was claimed to be done as a widget when there was a widget frenzy not long back ... and widgets became more popular than Purple Owsley acid was in the 60s.

    Check this little sweetheart of a forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/404672-Widget-Add-to-home-screen-widget-is-not-working-on-iPhone-5

    Bottom line ... some widgets don't work. This is one of them. In fact ... this one does absolutely nothing ... I have been unable to get it to work on any OS ... on any platform.

    Push for it James ... ask them to get that widget working ... then we'll both be able to use it.

    Regards Mark
