Pending Submission On PayPal

    Hey there,


    Our student registration form has somehow gotten messed up.  We are using the paypal power tool as an option for registration, however is has suddenly stopped working for all those who are registrating using this pay option.  If one chooses "I'll send in a check" or "I'd like to receive a scholarship" our form will go through.  However if one uses paypal, it places them in a pending submission.  We have over 20 forms in this place currently.  I have no clue what is causing the error but we must resolve it ASAP.  Feel free to contact me at or 205.612.6353

    Did you receive the payment and notification from PayPal of the pending submission from Jotform? The form submission would be set into pending submission if the form user did not proceed with the payments.

    No, what is happening is that it says on PayPal to contact the merchant or try another payment option.  No clue why nor why there is no longer a "pay as guest" option.  Should I contact paypal?

    I highly suggest that you advise them to signup with paypal first before proceeding.

    Because It seems there is no longer an option to checkout without creating a PayPal account (after clicking a "buy now" or "add to cart" button).
