Bounce List

    Hello,

     

    My email alert settings are telling me that I am on the bounce list.  How do I resolve this?

    Hi Carrie,

    Your email address is now removed in the bounce list. You should received emails normally from now on.

    Your email address ended to the bounce list due to the following reason.

    cmann@zipcar.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Blocked by SpamAssassin'

    Your email service provider blocks messages coming form JotForm, this is the reason why your email landed to the bounce list. The best way to remedy this is to white list our email server IPs and domains on your email service provider side.
