Building Excel Reports

I am doing a form for student enrollments to our virtual school.

in the report builder, can i build a report that gives the name of the students that selected the virtual option?

I basically need a list like the submission view is, but that is updated live like the reports that can be viewed by invitees.

The Excel Report share link downloads the most up to date version of the submission. If you selected only the 'Student Name' and 'Please choose which Ready for Learning option your student will be using.' fields whenever someone downloaded the excel report again they would have the most up to date version and could then filter based on the answer in the learning option column. 

As excel files are static files they would need to download again when they want to see any updates.

Are you looking to be updated each time someone answers with the virtual option?

Hi there, I'm happy to help you today.
The excel report doesn't get updated with new submissions live. Once you download it to your device, it remains static. When you get a new submission, you will need to download the excel file again. I believe that doesn't meet your needs.
I would suggest you to integrate your account with Google Sheets.

The Google Sheet will be created in your Google account and that sheet will be updated live. You also will be able to share the link to this Google Sheet with other people.
