Your email indicates we are at our limit of free submittals, but only shows 2.
I am fairly certain we will upgrade, but want to understand the reasoning of how the system counts submittals.

I see only 2 submissions in your account and it is far from reaching the limit for free accounts. This may have been a phishing issue. We won't send out emails asking you to upgrade if your account is not even near the submissions limit.
Would you mind sharing the email message that you are talking about? Also, please do not click any link that it asks you to. We'll await your response.

Thank you for your quick response.

That email message is really odd, considering that the limit has always been 10 secure submissions for free accounts. Anyway, your account looks good to go so I think it's best to ignore that email. It will bear no effect in your account in any way.
If ever your forms get disabled and you sure that you have not reached any of those 3 limitations for free accounts (100 regular, 10 secure, 10 payments), contact us immediately and we will restore access to your forms.
Thank you and have a good one.
