    I did check your account and found that you have active silver monthly subscription plan. The subscription payment was received on Jul 19, 2020 and subscription will renew on Aug 19, 2020. 

    We have not reverted any subscription payment. What is the issue you are having?

    In may I pay a subscription plantplan PayPal. However, I didn't upgrade accordingly.

    I wrote to you guys and you recommended to me to pay with credit card... So I did.

    But the PayPal payment wasn't revert or use for my plan.
