Interested in the Silver plan.

Hello,

I am interested in the silver plan. I am a solo doctor needing a solution for new patient forms to be signed and consent forms for vaccines to be signed. It looks like the only option is the silver plan or higher. Do you have any specials due to the covid situation? Can we cancel at any time?  Can patients sign forms on an ipad?
