Today i received an email stating that I need to upgrade my subcription, that I reached capacity. I am unaware of the username and password, so i followed the prompts to reset my password, entered my email address and when I click "send reset instructions" NOTHING HAPPENS. Please get back to me as soon as possible, this form is used on my website daily and has vanished from my site
