Why are my PDFs empty?

i downloaded submissions and then deleted to make space but today when i opened the zip file, all of the pdf's are empty.

where are my submissions???

Checking your account, I have found that you have 6 forms which no one of them has any submissions.

If you have exported your data at once as a ZIP file, then permanently deleted the submissions from your account, then, unfortunately we can't further investigate the reason for the issue.

Can you please elaborate if the PDF files are completely empty or they have only the question fields?

Also, were you able to replicate the issue on one form only or multiple forms?
