Recieving duplicated forms

    I am receiving duplicated submissions several hours after the form was already submitted. Is there anything on my end that I need to do to fix this? It does not happen with every submission. I also want to make sure this does not count toward my monthly submission count.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

    I assumed that you are referring to the AECNF Client Information Sheet form, correct? It could be that the issue is caused by the browser used by the form users. Some duplicate submissions are due to the browser settings set to "Continue where you left off" option and its the default settings on mobile devices:

    The Thank You page is saved on the user's device and it triggers again a submission with exactly the same information. You can try my colleagues' advise to redirect the Thank You page to your site: How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission

    Or you can prevent duplicate submissions by setting up a unique question on your form: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

    Sorry I missed your last question, you may delete the submissions so that it will not be counted on your usage: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
