Free account maxed out

Since I have a free account, and I met my quota for July, I thought it would reset for August and allow submissions.  What do I need to do to reset this??

I see that your account limits have already been reset and it is good in standing. I have also cleared the form caches to see if that helps and if you are experiencing any issue. Please check again and let us know if you need any further help.

Thank you for responding so quickly. When I got to my website where I have the form linked, I am still getting the response below and customers are not able to utilize the form. Is there something I have missed that I need to do?

No problem. We have now changed the Form Status to Enabled on your form. The form is now displaying normally. You may also try enabling/disabling the form by following the guide below:

I've just checked that page and was able to open up the absences form from the button, let me know if you're still seeing any issues though from your end!

The absences form button works, the make up class button does not.
