Update Authorize.net custom fields Using Jotform Fields.

    I am having trouble passing Company, email and phone number to the authorize.net's system.  According to the jotform post above "It will now look for fields that has the matching keywords and sends those fields' values as phone, email, and company to the subscription details."


    Hower it is not the case. 



    It is not including the company name, phone or email in auth.net.

    Does the Jotform field names have to match exactly what the authorize.net Field names are?


    Currently my jotfom field names are:




    And the auth.net fields are named:
    Do these have to match exactly?
    I have changed the Jotform Fields to match the names of the Auth.net fields.  It carried the email addres to the Auth.net sale but not the Company Name or Phone number.

    According to my tests, the integration is based on keywords from field labels. For example, both "Company" and "Company Name" are valid labels.

    The phone number did not transfer over for me.  Why?

    Can you please try to change your form field label from Contact Number to Phone Number? Since it capture information from keywords, changing labels may resolved this. Also, change your Auth.net settings to require Phone Number so with your form field.
