Transferring existing forms to Jotforms

    Hi there, 

    We have long, detailed husbandry forms for our veterinary patients that were linked to our website until a recent change in security.

    I am hoping that there is a way to have your staff convert the existing forms into the JotForm platform.

    Hi Anneliese,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    You can import an existing form to JotForm.

    Kindly go to Create Form > Import Form > From a web page.

    However, please keep in mind that this will never copy the layout and look/feel of the form. Our system will attempt to clone the fields so you have something to start with when building your form using our platform.
