    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

The iframe code has an accompanying JavaScript that's responsible for the auto adjustment of the iframe's height. The iframe not auto adjusting height may be due to the following reasons:

    1. The JavaScript section of the code was omitted.
    2. JavaScript conflict or error.
    3. The parent element of the iframe, from your website, has a fixed height and hidden overflow rule.

It would be helpful if you can provide more detail on the issue.

Please share with us the URL of the page where the form is embedded.

You can send us screenshots to better illustrate the issue. -How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

You can also send us screenshots of the console log if it shows any errors. -How to get a console report from most common browsers.

For the meantime, you could try embedding your form using the method shown in our "Embedding a Form to a Web Page" guide.

Please give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
