Redirected to PayPal

On my form The Winning Monthly Marketing Plan I want to add a PayPal link to Submit at that the bottom of the form when anyone clicks on Submit at the bottom of the form that buyer will be re-directed to PayPal for payment. And info on form is stored on Jotform. 

No one sees the link on Submit but when clicked on re-directed to PayPal. Jotform will show anyone and their info on form if no sale was made and a sale made. 

I don't have the form live on my site right now.
