Why is my account suspended?

    Hi,

    Why my account have been suspended....again?

    What kind of phishing act have i made?

    is it because im using a FREE version?

    in that case, may i know how to de-register the account?

    I dont want my email in your system.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended because of the copyright logo you have added in both of your forms. Please check the screenshot of the logo:

    Are you authorized and have permission to use this copyright item in forms? Please send us proof that you are authorized to use this logo. 

    Since your JotForm account profile does not show an email address related to it, this is violation of our Terms of Use. You need to change your account profile email address to one that matches the domain with logo, or in order to reactivate the account, we should remove the logos on your forms.
